More often then not, we find ourselves questioning what our brain is trying to tell us. Many of life's struggles come from our inability to trust our thoughts and our brain's ability to know what is best for us.
Although we may not realize it, our mind has the ability to unconsciously process millions of bits of information per second. To help us understand this concept, we need to take into consideration how each of our senses individually (sight, touch, hearing, smell, and taste) can process what is happening within every moment possible.Take your body in its current state for example. No matter what you are doing or where you are at, your body is currently in the process of using every sense possible to determine its environment and what to do with it. The amount of light present, the people around, whether you are eating or drinking something, any background noise that may be present, and any other factor you can think of. Now try and imagine how much information your mind processes over every day, every hour, or even every minute.

Something we need to keep in mind is the fact that, emotionally, our understanding of information is generally formed over time due to experiences. Everything from the moment of birth, to you reading this article, has provided you with these experiences where we are able to learn more, consciously and unconsciously. The more our brain's know, the more we can have trust in ourselves.
All together, our brain is far more likely to provide us with the right answers then we think. Even if we are put in unfamiliar instances, we are still provided with the most correct answers that our mind can provide us with and future situations become possible to us before they even occur.
